Professor of International Studies Department of Political and Administrative Studies at the University of Botswana and former Research Director at the Africa Institute of South Africa, Pretoria, South Africa. He is one of the Trustees of the African Institute of Leaders and Leadership, Nairobi, Kenya. He received his BSc and MSc in Political Science at Indiana State University, followed by MA and PhD in International Studies at the University of South Carolina, USA. Prof. Adar lectured in International Relations Theory, Foreign Policy Analysis, International Law and Organization, African International Relations, and African Diplomacy at Rhodes University, South Africa, United States International University-Africa, Nairobi, Kenya, and the University of Nairobi, Kenya.
